BEGOOD, a full-stack marketing agency based out of New York specializing in D2C CPG brands, is expanding its team and has immediate openings. To apply, please send your resume and portfolio links to hello@begoodagency.com with “POSITION TITLE – YOUR NAME” in the subject line.
As Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll:
- Own multiple client relationships, serving as the lead strategist and daily point of contact.
- Develop and implement full-funnel lifecycle strategies (Email, SMS, Loyalty, and Subscriptions) to maximize LTV.
- Write all copy for email campaigns, automated flows, and SMS blasts. You must be able to adapt to various brand voices quickly.
- Build, segment, schedule, and QA all deployments within Klaviyo (and other ESPs/SMS platforms).
- Track key metrics, conduct A/B tests, and provide clients with regular data-driven insights and strategy pivots.
- Brief and collaborate with graphic designers to ensure visual assets align with your copy and strategy.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and inputs within our project management tools to ensure 100% on-time execution.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of agency experience in a similar role.
- You understand the pace of agency life and have a proven track record of managing multiple DTC clients simultaneously.
- Deep technical knowledge of Klaviyo is non-negotiable (segmentation, flow logic, Shopify integration).
- You have a portfolio or work examples demonstrating strong copywriting skills alongside technical lifecycle experience.
- Experience managing SMS platforms (Attentive, Postscript, etc.) and understanding compliance/best practices.
- You are comfortable owning the entire process from the first “blank page” of a strategy to the final “send” button.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you can explain complex retention data in a way that clients understand and value.
As Performance Media Buyer, you’ll:
Execute and optimize high-growth campaigns across Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), Search (Google, Bing), App Install platforms, and Shopper/Retail Media (Amazon, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel).
Analyze creative performance and draft detailed briefs for the creative team. You tell the designers what to build based on why the data says it will work.
Test and refine bidding strategies, audience segments, and funnel structures to improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV across the entire digital ecosystem.
Develop regular reports that distill complex data into actionable insights for clients, tying media spend directly to business growth and retail outcomes.
Support the growth team by performing deep-dive technical audits of prospective clients’ accounts to identify missed opportunities and scaling potential.
Stay ahead of tracking shifts (attribution modeling, UTM structures, and server-side tagging) to ensure data integrity across all platforms.
Monitor industry trends and platform updates (especially in the evolving Shopper and Privacy landscapes) to keep our clients at the forefront of digital marketing.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of media buying experience.
Proven track record managing 6-7 figure monthly budgets in an agency or high-growth DTC environment.
Deep technical expertise in Meta & Google Ads is required. Experience in TikTok, Pinterest, Amazon Advertising, and Apple Search Ads is a major plus.
You understand what makes a “scroll-stopping” ad. You can articulate the difference between a hook, a value prop, and a CTA when briefing creators.
You are a spreadsheet power user who can look at a pivot table and see a narrative, not just numbers.
Familiarity with the “closed-loop” reporting of retail media networks and how they integrate with top-of-funnel social efforts.
Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts simultaneously without letting details slip through the cracks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Expertise in Google Analytics 4, Northbeam/Triple Whale (or similar attribution tools), and advanced Excel/Sheets.
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing frameworks for both creative and landing pages.
Strong communication skills with the ability to “translate” technical media buying tactics into plain English for clients.
As Influencer Marketing Manager, you’ll:
Lead seeding and paid campaigns from start to finish – including sourcing, outreach, negotiation, contracts, and content review.
Leverage your existing creator relationships and aggressively expand our network, matching the right faces and niches to specific brand objectives.
Develop bespoke influencer strategies for each brand (no “one-size-fits-all” lists) across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Act as the bridge between the brand and the creator; write high-level briefs that ensure high-performing content while allowing for creator authenticity.
Review all influencer deliverables to ensure they meet brand standards and campaign requirements before they go live.
Obsess over the data – set up tracking links/UTMs/codes, monitor creator ROI, and build clear reports that tie influencer activity to site traffic, leads, and sales.
Identify emerging creators, sounds, and formats early, turning them into testable campaign ideas before they become mainstream.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of influencer experience.
Proven experience owning influencer marketing for consumer brands (agency or in-house).
Deep expertise in both product seeding (earned) and paid creator partnerships, including complex contract negotiations and timeline management.
You don’t just find names; you understand how to build a creator mix that drives specific goals, from brand awareness to direct conversion.
You understand influencer-specific metrics (EMV, CAC, ROAS), can build tracking structures, and translate data into clear insights.
You enjoy the “people” side of the job – spending time in the DMs and on calls building real rapport with talent and managers.
You can manage influencer rosters for multiple brands simultaneously in a fast-moving agency environment.
Bonus Points If You Have:
A documented rolodex of influencers across CPG, lifestyle, or emerging consumer niches.
Experience building out ambassador or affiliate programs that turn one-off creators into long-term brand partners.
Familiarity with creator management platforms (e.g., GRIN, Modash, Aspire) and multi-touch attribution tools.
A history of influencer campaigns that drove measurable growth, virality, or significant revenue that you can walk us through.
